MERV RATING

Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) is a rating system developed by the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers to give a simplistic method of comparing filters. The chart below indicates the higher the MERV rating, the more efficient the filter is at capturing smaller particles.
